General conditions

1. Who we are

ReelBlog is offered by SRI Services (sriservices.nl), San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, Mexico ("we", "us"). Contact: support@reelblog.ai.

2. What you get

• Lifetime license (Solo, Studio, Team): a one-time purchase of the right to use the ReelBlog desktop app on the number of computers included in the plan you chose (1, 3 or 5). It includes the version you bought and one year of updates from the date of purchase.
• Post Scheduler: an optional monthly subscription that unlocks scheduling of articles (a chosen date and time) inside the desktop app. It does not change what the lifetime license includes: publishing by hand.
• Free trial: a limited number of free articles so you can try ReelBlog before buying.

3. License

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReelBlog for your own or your organisation's content. Each license key can be activated on the number of computers included in your plan. You can move a license to a new computer by deactivating the old one in the app.

You may not share your license key publicly, resell or sublicense it, or copy, reverse engineer or modify the software except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Free trial

The free trial includes a limited number of articles per person (currently 2). To prevent abuse, we record your email address and IP address and may refuse or end a trial if it is used repeatedly, through several email addresses or by circumventing these limits.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your license key is shown on screen and emailed to you as soon as your payment is confirmed.

6. Money-back guarantee

If ReelBlog is not right for you, email support@reelblog.ai within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the price you paid. After a refund the license is deactivated.

7. Subscription (Post Scheduler)

The Post Scheduler renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked in your confirmation email; the subscription then ends at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

8. Your content and AI output

ReelBlog processes your videos on your computer. You are responsible for having the rights to the videos and content you process and for what you publish. Articles and posts are generated with the help of AI and can contain mistakes: please review them before publishing. You own the output you create with ReelBlog.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the website, license checks and the Post Scheduler available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at support@reelblog.ai.

10. Liability

ReelBlog is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these conditions limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Ending or suspending a license

We may suspend or revoke a license if these conditions are seriously breached, for example by sharing a license key publicly, by payment reversal or by abuse of the free trial. You can stop using ReelBlog at any time.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy at reelblog.ai/privacy.

13. Changes

We may update these conditions. The version that applied when you bought the product continues to apply to that purchase, except for changes that are in your favour or required by law.
