1. Who is responsible

SRI Services (sriservices.nl), San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, Mexico, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Questions or requests: support@reelblog.ai.

2. Your videos and articles stay on your computer

ReelBlog processes your videos, transcripts and articles on your own computer. We do not receive or store them.

If you choose to connect a cloud AI model (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) with your own API key, the text needed to write your article is sent by the app directly to that provider under their terms. We are not involved in that transfer.

3. What we collect and why

• Purchase data: your name, email address, the product you bought, the amount and any coupon used. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Purpose: to deliver your license, send your receipt and keep our accounting. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• License data: your license key and, for each activated computer, a technical computer ID, its name and the time it was last seen. Purpose: to enforce the number of computers included in your license. Legal basis: contract.
• Free trial data: your email address, your IP address, the number of free articles used and the time of use. Purpose: to provide the trial and to prevent abuse of it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the trial from misuse.
• Subscription data (Post Scheduler): your email address and the subscription status, as reported by Stripe. Purpose: to provide the service. Legal basis: contract.
• Emails: we send transactional emails (license key, receipt, subscription notices). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• Technical data: our servers keep standard logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

4. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is a strictly necessary sign-in cookie used by the administrator; visitors and customers are not given cookies.

5. Who we share data with

We only share data with providers who help us run ReelBlog, under agreements that protect your data:

• Stripe (payments and subscriptions).
• Our hosting provider in the European Union (the servers that run the website and store the data described above).

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are protected by the safeguards Stripe describes in its privacy policy, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep data

• Purchase and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 7 years).
• License and activation data: for as long as the license is valid, then as long as needed to handle support or disputes.
• Free trial data (email, IP address): for as long as needed to prevent abuse of the free trial. You can ask us to delete it.
• Server logs: only for a short period; they are rotated automatically.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, or to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@reelblog.ai and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, license keys and trial tokens are random, administrator access is protected by a password and signed sessions, and the database is backed up regularly. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Children

ReelBlog is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be announced on this website.
